We want you to be happy with your purchase from Ottovictus. Because our products are printed on demand and made specifically for you, our returns and refunds process is different from traditional retailers. Please read this policy carefully before ordering.
1. Made-to-Order Items
1.1 All of our products are made-to-order and fulfilled by our production partner
1.2 As each item is custom printed, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
2.1 If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@ottovictus.com with:

A clear photo of the product and the issue

A brief description of the problem
2.2 Once we verify the issue, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost or, if appropriate, issue a full refund to your original payment method.
3. Consumer Rights
3.1 Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if your goods are faulty, not as described, or do not match the quality promised.
4. Returns Process
4.1 If we request a return (e.g., for quality inspection), we will provide you with return instructions. Do not send items back to our production partner directly without contacting us first.
4.2 You will not be responsible for return postage costs if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
5. Refunds
5.1 Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of us confirming your eligibility.
5.2 Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
5.3 Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
